Elections ***Third Democratic Primary Debate play-by-play thread***

Can we get a fact check on that?
More people haved died to gun violence in the last 45 years than all the US wars since the Revolutionary War until today?

Warren with a good point about mass shootings getting headlines, but far more are killed in neighborhoods and DV and robberies gone wrong

More and more and more and more!!! Bye, Lieawatha.

The questions in all these debates have been fucking terrible.

Ask about Republicans' flip flopping on national debt.
Ask about US territories being taxed without representation.
Ask about campaign finance reform.
Ask about the miserable lack of good faith in the legislature and competence in the judiciary.
Ask about the complete gutting of professional advice in the legislature.
Ask about billions lost in private healthcare insurance administration.
Ask about the influence of corporations on the government and the rising threat of horizontal monopolization.

Oh....another question about gun control?

Ok, cool.
Most of those questions lead to criticizing the corporate state, which these debate platforms are a part of.

Would love a truly independent debate platform/independent set of moderators to hold a round table discussion on the topics you listed.

There's no reason Tulsi shouldn't be at 10% right now

Yeah. Not as a trap. I honestly want to know. I think it's true, lot of years without active war and still plenty of homicides

It's definitely true if they include suicides

Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ahahahahhahahahhahaha.

He's a corrupt shitbag. You're embarrassing yourself.

Corrupt how? That's my dude brah. Enlighten me! He's holding Florida down!!

suicides shouldn't count as gun violence imo.

Nonsense lmao
We lost like 700-800k in the goddamn Civil War lol

This is so funny because I have a friend who is as progressive as it gets, a true Bernie supporter. However he is an avid gun owner and even has a semi-auto AK47 that was grandfathered in his state. He is so politically conflicted. Lol
"I like to take the guns first, due process second"

Do you know who said that?

You are behind. The left is the side that now WANTS to merge corporate America and the government. I voted in a black man because democrats won, so the powers that be CHANGED YOUR PARTY'S PLATFORM. I encourage you to watch Tucker once in a while. He talked about the call for corporations to enforce social credit law just tonight; you should watch it. You are where I was voting for Obama. Dude, dems are calling for the corporate world to enforce their whacko ideas..

Sooner or later you are going to have to acknowledge what has happened to your party; unless you get paid not to.

Yeah, notice PBS never gets a debate.

The only thing that explains this for me is that she’s significantly worse than every candidate on stage outside of Yang.
