Things you learned too late in life

Taxes/Stocks, just managing finances in general.

I finally figured shit out but it feels like theyve got a system here to set up kids for financial disaster on PURPOSE.

Don't spend stupid amounts of money on cars in your 20s. One of my few regrets. Oh well, shit happens.

The patience to let events unfold before making a decision/taking action, aka playing the long game. The fire of youth can blind you to the best possible outcome.
So true, still struggle with that one.

I have the wrong height/hair color for most
women to find attractive.

I only learned how to make bubbles out of gum at 40

Money is important , think about it before you spend it shop around . You really don't need that thing you have to have .

A steady job is good.
My friend went to trade school at 18 then after hired on as a mechanic , he has worked the same job for 17 years .
Don't make rash decisions

Stop being in a rush ,slow down .
Don't be lazy , keep chipping away at that project it will be done before you know it but not if you're butt is sitting on the couch
