Some people failed it on purpose so they can go it over and over to get paid.. Some are of course illiterate and will never learn Swedish no matter what.
So the geniuses implemented a bonus to try and motivate the people to actually complete and pass SFI
So you get paid to learn Swedish and got a bonus if you passed.

If you come to Sweden and WANT to lean Swedish and want a job /education.. You can get it it might take a few years but the system is there and the potential.
Ironically the people that are educated and has a short way to a job often get shit help or no help.

Popular Swedish rapper Gaboro has been gunned down in a car park. The killer livestreamed the bloody execution.
Despite being just 23 years old Gaboro had already amassed a huge audience of listeners.
His Spotify profile has over 222,000 monthly listeners with his hit song Suavemente having almost 11 million plays.
Sweden has already experienced a number of terrifying attacks on gangster rappers in recent years.
In June, award winner C.Gambino was shot dead in an ambush attack.

The masked artist, 26, had parked his car in a garage in Gothenburg when gunmen unleashed a number of bullets - fatally wounding him.
C.Gambino was hailed as one of Sweden's greatest and most successful artists.

He won the prestigious Swedish music award Grammis in May for Hip-Hop Artist of the Year.
Fellow rapper, 23-year-old Rozh Shamal,

It's pretty deadly considering how few of these guys are around. Not exactly a huge market like U.S. rap. If you're a Swedish "gangsta" rapper, and have any publicity whatsoever, it's safe to say that you'll be dead before 27.
