I am planning on getting some pvc to make a thickbar over a barbell. I was wondering from you guys when I should use it (like where I would put thickbar deads in a routine) Also, should I get something that is 2 or 2.5 inches thick? Thanks
I'd go with 2" thick to begin with, I put thickbar work at the end of my workout as by the time I've finished I'm unable to do any conventional lifts as my hands are fried.
