I'd like to get the Fat Bastard thick handled dumbbells. What's the best way to get results using them? How about one handed deads, one handed overhead press, squats, shrugs, bench press, farmers walks, one hand bench press? Any other ideas? Is the Brooks Kubik DB video worth getting? Thanks

Thick handled one arm row for reps.
    One arm powerclean for singles.
    Farmer's walks for time.
    Voila.

Reverse curls are nice for forearms and grip, too.

I prefer one handed snatches to db powercleans

I've done lots of one arm rows and cheated hammer curls with my 2" DB Handles.

Also I have thick BB, use for push presses mainly, also thick back pull ups are pretty cool

YEs, I would get Brooks DB Tape. Its his best one.
Remember when doing thick DB work to really squeese the DB har, espically squeeze the thumb around the db.
Only do 1 handed work, since you have a higher chance of dropping the bells..
