I crash so hard after a week of drinking them at 10pm for late workouts. On the weekend when I'm not drinking any I feel so sluggish and shitty.

The obvious answer is to drink more. I think I might cut it down, though. That might help.

Just have a healthy balance of stimulants. Mix or switch in between caffeine, DMAA, black metal, nicotine, hatred towards anything and ponies.
