Question about your pr.
So I've been reading up on power cleans and realized there is a shit ton versions of them. Was your pr a power clean/squat clean/hang clean?
I really want to start doing them but have no room in my crap gym. Maybe hang cleans.
It was a Full clean. I usually just call those cleans.
I'd either powerclean and or Hang power clean, It's easier to "save" those. Whenever I fuck up a Full clean it get's dropped. I suppose that's because I'm pulling myself under the bar. For a tutorial Check out Cal strength's YT channel. They have a good one. A
