And do you think the smartest thing to do while we have these realities to contend with is to bring 400k immigrants that more or less centralize themselves in city centers where infrastructure is already exhausted?Canada has very similar regulations in regards to housing that the US has and which inflate housing costs so honestly I remain skeptical that immigrants are the problem. Get rid of laws that prevent the building of anything other than single family detached homes and you'll see an improvement.
Immigration isn't the central issue but it's adding fuel to the fire.
