It's this:
1. The exact statement the bet is premised upon
2. Stance each poster is taking in regards to the statement
3. The date the bet will be decided
4. The reward/punishment for the winner/loser
5. The duration of the reward/punishment before I will post it.
6 (OPTIONAL) A situation which makes the bet void that isn't clear with the content in 1 & 2. This needs to be very clear if included.

You can stick to 1-3 (and 6 if needed). 4 & 5 will be ignored in this case and handled amongst yourselves.

1. The winner of Florida's 29 electoral votes.
2. @m52nickerson - Clinton will win, @@Hans Gruber - Trump will win.
3. Decided on election night unless the vote is to close to call then we shall wait until the official final vote count.
4. Loser Donates $20 to charity.
5. Honored as soon as possible after winner declared, will take the other at their word.

I will send your charity money to you via paypal. If you lose you send the charity money to me via paypal

You can then donate the money yourself if you win.

Seeing as I don't have a pay pal account and will not set one up you can donate my winning to charity directly.

You don;t have Paypal? Then why did we have this conversation for so long.

You donate my winnings to Wikileaks then (was going to surprise you with that) I think the lowest amount that they take is $25 that is why I was going to kick in the extra $5 after you sent it to me.

Any brave soul on here want to make a charity bet through Paypal?

If somehow you win and need that $20 I will set up an account just to pay you if you want. Or, if you want the money to go to Wikileaks and I have to kick the extra $5 in I will do that as well.

Just set up a paypal account. I can show you a screenshot of my donation after you send me the money

If the election wasn't over I would have made you donate to the Trump campaign as a joke (but it will be over when our bet is over)
