Edit: I like this setup. If I win the bet on whether he will get the nomination--I say no--then I've won both bets at once (well, to all intents and purposes anyway if not officially), but if I lose and he wins the nomination I'm still in for another chance in the general.

If he dies or if the election is suspended entirely the bet is off. Under all other circumstances where the election is decided in favour of anyone else besides Trump, I win, including if he never wins the nomination in the first place.

The stakes are an open question. Whippy supposedly has an account bet--on the honour system I guess--on the same prop. If I win I will not get to collect if he honours the other wager.

Trump will be the nominee and if Biden is the Democrats, Trump will be President. (short of force mejeure, like death)
