If they have the same punishment, the person who first made the bet would get to go first. They can share the term if you both agree (for example, a sig easily could be used by both if everyone is good on it)

The open bets are listed in order of when they were created so you’ll be able to know who did theirs first.

Sure call it I dont care.

I do think Trump DOJ will claim election rigging and there is a chance to reverse results and as Dems say "steal" the election. I think this wont be over till late January when legally a new president or Trump takes office. Also mid December is when the delegates have to vote by, right now Biden is not for sure awarded delegates and it is being challenged. The delegatds have not voted and this may likely hit the Supreme Court or see state legislatures compel delegates to vote a certain way.


Call it now if you want but it is not over and if it reverses and I win then 3 months should start new.
 
@giusti825 , with the votes remaining, it is statistically impossible for Trump to win the popular vote at this point.

All bets are final once called. I think you have the bet mixed up with another one. I’m asking to call the one where the GOP will increase their seats. They had 53 and look to have 51 at best. There’s only two races that haven’t been called and they get the GOP to that 51 number

I want to wait then. The President has not conceded and until January and the new people take office this is not over. And especially not until delegates vote in December. If the President is right or can prove his claims then they would not have 51 senate seats but 53 or 54. We dont know what will happen

What connections do electors and senate seat elections have? Under what scenario does Peters (MI), Hickenlooper (CO), or Kelly (AZ) not go to the senate with what you just said?

If Trump proves fraud and or vote rigging then reversing Michigan and Arizona surely shows the Republican senators there winning.

270towin shows 48 GOP seats.

North Carolina
Alaska
Georgia has 2 senate seats that can still go Republican


48+NC+AZ+AK+GA+GA+MI= 54

48+NC+AK+GA+GA= 52 seats

MI and AZ in the scenario were the President and his team prove their claims or succeed. Well then it is unlikely those states go for Trump but then dont have the senate seats flip especially if the Presidents claims can be proven.
