We can limit it to government employees. That narrows the pool sufficiently. But not every name is public at this point, so I can’t make an exhaustive list of people who might be indicted. If it helps you, just phrase it conversely: @Lowmanproblems bets that no one will be indicted for pushing the phony and debunked Russia Collision investigation, which ended in disgrace a few days ago.

Can you give an example on what an indictment would be? Like what type of charge?

Part of the reason of the format and taking some time to nail down the bet is I want it to see clear by the end to both posters who won or lost. Okay guys, I still think this isn't narrowed down enough to an exact statement that can hold either of you to a result but since you both seem to think you both would agree, I thought maybe I could propose this arrangement. We move forward with the statement as you both choose to agree to. When the bet it to be decided, you both must agree on who won. If you don't agree, the bet will be null. That's the only way I think I can make this one official at this point.
