I had sex with this one chick a couple times, and then I ditched her for her hotter friend. She tried to tell everyone I raped her, but luckily my roommate was there to tell everyone she showed up at our place drunk begging for sex at 1AM. He even had a video of it.

But if I didn't have witnesses or evidence to prove my case, the police might actually have believed her. The accusation of rape alone can fucking ruin someone's life, and the majority of rape allegations are false.

A lot of people dont seem to know there is such a thing as shock.
Being exposed to a traumatic experience such as rape might actually make you go into shock and make it impossible for you to react. I mean people get shocked and traumatized even in smaller / lighter car accidents. I am sure rape or attempted rape is worse.

Like previously, I gave Christy Mack as an example. She had bones broken and was beaten senseless and yet she was able to scream for help, run, knock on her neighbor’s door until they opened and she was able to call the cops.

I believe that this lady was involved in a terrible thing.
I based that on what the police have said, about the beating, strangulation and blood. (the tampon thing I think was a WazUp rumor and never proved. So for now I believe that's BS)
That to me sound like something bad happened to her.

I don't know if you're American, but recently we had a Supreme Court nominee who was accused of rape and even though the investigation proved nothing, the alleged victim has come away with it with a book deal. There is always incentive when publicity is involved

1.He was not accused of rape.

2. He is now a sitting judge in the supreme court, so given the lack of proof it appears the system worked.

1) Room don’t have cameras but the hallway does (read the article in page 1)
2) “hard using phone while being raped.” Yeah, it’s called running away and locking yourself in the bathroom or screaming.
3) “she might’ve been gagged.” Ummm where did you read this? That’s not in the article. Again, she couldn’t run or defend herself like Christy Mack?
4) “Locked hotel room.” Um assuming you never been inside a hotel room before but yeah the lock is on the inside so all she had to do is unlock it and run away.
