If not for that dumb ass ref, Jones would have beat Matt Hamill and would currently be riding a 17 fight win streak, having surpassed Anderson Silva in his last fight (the OSP one, not the Cormier rematch.) So he'd be the youngest UFC champion in history, have the record number of consecutive title defenses in LHW history, AND have the longest winning streak in UFC history as well.

Granted he could still achieve that feat one day but still.

Jones separated Hamill shoulder on the takedown, that's why he couldn't continue. Elbows had nothing to do with it

Should be TKO because of injury for Jones
 
That elbow was perfectly legal too.

Anyone with decent eyesight could see it was a clear 1 to 5:30 elbow, not 12 to 6.

They asked hamill if he could continue. He’s deaf. And his shoulder was fucked. The whole spectacle was a mess.

Id settle for a NC but a DQ is not fair.

Jones lost because he fucked up hamill TOO much.

Loss was fair and it was a loss. You can debate whether 12-6 hellbows should be outlawed or not, but it is the fighter's responsibility to know and follow the rules.
