So... Paige serves a purpose. She's a heel that people want to see real fighters take down.

Thoughts

WME is not putting any money into Rose until she grows get hair back. They don't want a 11 year old boy as the face of WMMA.

PVZ actually has sex appeal. Rose did before.

She is still developing as a fighter, she just needs to improve.
Not just a pretty face. A legit fighter.

Only question is whether or not she wants it (the title) or not.
