The TUF 20 Fantasy League - General Discussion & Analysis (Registered Players Only!!)

Well I'm staying with my picks on principle.

Good for you! I don't change my picks base on spoiler talks either.

I don't pay attention nor participate in potential spoiler threads before watching it myself, whether it's sport, movie, or TV show, and neither should anyone. Half of the time it's just hot air, and if the other half indeed turns out to be true, you're basically denying yourself the fun, that's a lot worse than making a wrong pick base on your gut instinct.

If somebody want to scour the web for spoilers, that's up to them, but I know for a fact that most of us here have zero interest in knowing the result before watching each episode, even if we have a ten bucks bet riding on these past 3 months of fun. Hell, ten bucks is barely enough for that cup of Starbucks coffee that we pick up each morning on the way to work! What's more important is the people here, the brotherhood and friendship we have that will lasts well beyond this season of TUF, our sharing of MMA knowledge that will continue to enlighten new fans for years to come, and it's the ultimate 3-month self-test to see how much we really know about this sport. That's why so many of us said in the very beginning that we would gladly split our winnings with the runner-ups if we do win. That's why so many broke people who don't have $10 to join the League just couldn't resist sticking their head in our meeting room's window, despite getting hit repeatedly in the face with a broom!

So, let us ignore all the potential spoiler talks, and enjoy the last two episodes of this momentous tourney!

UFC site seems to have TBA with the match order still, but are we to assume that the random dudes will have their matches in the main card, intermixed with the TUF based matches?

this has got to be the most spoiled season of TUF ever...

I know TUF 4's finalists got spoiled, but that was by someone else

This season has been spoiled by its very own people...repeatedly.... like wtf man?

kind of sucked half the fun out of the league, if half the fights were fucking spoiled the day before the fight episode

The UFC clearly is failing to recognize the vital need to keep the results under wrap so that the TUF 20 Fantasy league can conduct its business in a fair and equitable manner. Shame on you Dana White!

Still not changing my picks.

Redacted, might have been too close to being a spoiler..

Bad choice.

Being a part of this fantasy league was worth the small entry fee just for the experience. You yourself are hanging out here because this is where the cool kids are and you want to hang with us. But you should have put some money in for the privilege like the rest of us.

Better than an Invicta card and I think that is saying something because Invicta puts on some good cards.

You wouldn't have any reason to post if you only wanted to read what we write.

Sometimes I feel like offering my input on a particular rumor, especially when there's still speculation over it

Yeah, I don't particularly like how they relegate two fights with potential for KO's to Fight Pass exclusively though :(

Or that they aren't giving the women a chance to carry a card by having just 2 women's fights out of 5 on the main card.

So folks in the U.K. and Australia won't be able to see Ais or Alex on their TV sports channel... only if they have UFC fight pass? That's a shame...

it would have been nice to have jo jo vs. ham on the main card. :icon_sad:

Thanks for the card, Arkain :)

Can't say I am thrilled on any level about the main card being filled with generic guys' matches (Noons is the only guy that I have heard of in those fights), though.
