The truth about tainted supplaments

Of co

How can steroids be so special that unlike virtually any other drug they can’t be prescribed by a doctor and taken in a safe and responsible way?

Do you know how many people are on TRT? It’s a perfectly safe physician led regime.

In general with everything in life - drugs, alcohol, food, tools, cars, guns etc etc - the best thing to do is to regulate properly to minimise harms.
You wouldn’t buy moonshine from some bloke at the gym; yet that is essentially what many do when it comes to gear.

Prohibition is a failure - we need to be mature and honest enough to accept that so we can move on to a pragmatic solution.

These comparisons aren't relevant. If you legalize weed, you won't have trainers forcing adolescents to consume. This HAS happened with steroids, and it leads to life-long negative effects because hormone imbalances at such a critical phase of development are massively unhealthy. It will always happen with steroids unless there are strict zero tolerance policies.

So your problem is with bad trainers who force their athletes to take drugs: that won’t be affected by legalisation. It may even help stop such abuses as individuals will not be penalised if they speak to their doctors/police/sporting authorities etc.
It’s not as if an otherwise decent human being will suddenly go “oh now steroids are legal I’m going to force those in my charge to take them” is it?
If anything with a lot of the stories that have come out recently we need better oversight of those working in sports across the board.

More importantly - the problem is the millions of (often young) men who take gear they aren’t prepared for and without proper planning/PCT/hygiene etc etc. They deserve the right as consenting adults to be able to go to their doctor and pay for a safe, legal supply. The principle and the masses are more important.

I don’t believe a single tainted supplement case. Every single one of them intentionally cheated imo.

Lets say the fighter takes the supplement, Nitrotech and its not on the banned list..

To prove its a tainted supplement, does usada have to go obtain their own alleged tainted Nitrotech and test that 1? Or do they test the fighters product?
Do they test his own and their own?
And lastly, are all products under 1 brand created/filled at the same factory?

No its not true, its just bad luck
