You realize that’s 4 months right?The bigger questions is how can someone gain 10-20 pounds of solid muscle in tree months?

@RampageFaction
So you are saying that the Mcgregor who Ko Aldo weigths the same as the Mcgregor that fought Diaz? There is easily 10-15 pounds of difference.
Usada has a list of approved suplaments on their website
I’m saying the McGregor who KO’d Aldo, his weight in cage would have been close to 160-165. Before he cut weight he was, basically, the same size as as the Nate fight. You were implying that Conor was walking around at 145, then magically put on 20lbs of “muscle” for the Diaz fight. Conor cut a LOT of weight to make 145. Against chad Mendes at featherweight when Chael asked him his weight Conor was quoted: 'I'm around 172 pounds.'@RampageFaction

There is essentially no such thing as “tainted” supplements (at least at the OTC level).
It’s basic economics - legit gear costs more than amino acids/creatine etc.
And even if they were prepared in the same shitty lab with poor cleanliness the amount of tainting would be tiny. It would make no difference and wouldn’t show up weeks later.
Put another way; would weed show up in a piss test if yesterday you sat next to a guy who was toking? No.
An athlete who tests positive (and “pulsing” is not a real thing - nor is tainted meat) is an athlete who has doped. Aside from some of these young Chinese/Russian athletes who maybe were being dosed without consent they all know what they are doing and they are all lying. It’s pathetic.
We should just end the charade and have open and safe use.
Scrap USADA for men's mma. It's two guys locked in a cage trying to beat each other unconscious. Supervised steroid usage is the answer. These guys will perform better, have better chins, and recover drastically faster. Less pull outs, less boring fights, less gassing, less injuries.
Fuck USADA and that deal making snitch rat fuk Jeff.
Absolutely. Have been saying it all along. If the stuff you buy isn't certified, you don't know what's in it. "I didn't know what's in it" isn't a valid excuse. You chose to put something in your body without knowing what it was.Usada has a list of approved suplaments on their website, everything that an athlete would need without the risk of contamination.
So why would a UFC fighter use some bullshit shady supplament company? The answer...
They find out which supplaments are contaminated with the PED that they are using and if they pop, they use it as an excuse to get a reduced sentence.

Nice straw man.no, we’ve already seen happens in countries that have allowed “open and safe” use of steroids in organized sports, notably weightlifting. Basically, coaches start injecting steroids into prepubescent and early puberty children who have demonstrated inherent physical gifts, all with the intention of transforming them into champions at earlier and earlier ages. No consideration is given to the health of these children. You’re being naive if you believe “open and safe” use isn’t actually a race to the bottom.
