I dunno... London isn't so small if you're out and about - I've known and worked for various people that knew him well. I'm a private chef so I used to get some interesting bookings back when I was really working on the party scene... He is a much missed figure. And the whole not snitching thing has done his legend a lot.

Personally I'd be worried he would switch on me at any moment and drop me in the river at any given moment... But the guy marched to the beat of a different drum from the rest of us, and I loved his Cage Rage days and have always been a fan.

I enjoyed watching Murray fight back in the day. He had very fast hands and his punches were powerful.

Yeah, that's a low move... He justified the means and the end with a different logic than we might have, but then again we're not crazy crack slinging gangsters with fathers that beat us 24/7 until we KTFO him.

For me, the worst thing Lee ever did wasn't actually the kid, it was what he did to his local shopkeeper. Literally terrorising him on a daily basis and destroying his shop, went to youth jail for it, then came back and beat the guy up and trashed his shop, and went straight back... Poor shopkeeper had a nervous breakdown. That's quite a famous story and it's kinda fucked up... Again though... Beat of a different drum - I have more love for that, as a fighter, than the Xbox addicted Instagram fashionistas of today.

I think that Russel Kane probably thought how much fun he was having with the bad boys he met in a night out doing coke and listening to stories until they took his house keys, and told him to fuck off.

I lost my personal alcohol licence over one of the jobs I did with some people that knew him very well. Did I apply for a new one and explain what happened? Did I fuck.

i doint know whether it has been mentioned already in here, but some guy said that he turned up at a gym at around 17 years old, and Murray beat the living shit out him for his first sparring session, and painted a very shitty picture of him(this was when Murray was a pro fighter)

rather than BMF, rather a cunt of a human

Having heard that Lee Murray was a Sherdogger, the last thing I'm going to do is write stories of crime that directly relate back to me involving his mates! Haha!

One thing I will say - extortion is a real thing. The way it works is that if you have a product and make a connection with them, but aren't "family", they will be your best bud, make you feel amazing, birds, parties... Then they offer to help you out. For free. Then they come to you and ask for a small piece of the business as payment. This time it will just be the tough guys, and the charismatic leader guy isn't being so charming any more. Then they continue to "promote" the business for you, in other words extort advertisers/agents/bookers/buyers in to paying for your product, increasing revenue, then they take a bigger cut, and a bigger cut, until one day you're signing away the business you built with your hands to a bunch of dudes that left school at 11, and still paying for the office that they're banging hookers in... And if you complain in any way, it's taken as disrespect and you're likely going to get hurt. Say a word to any authority and you're dead. Talk to a nice girl and their group will call her over and say "he'll be over in a minute" and then give you the finger as they leave with her later.. Order booze for a bar, the next day you come in and you're joking at 100 bottles with anti-shoplifters tags on them from Sainsbury...
