Timeslot for the Star Trek panel at NYCC.

Star Trek has a massive presence at this con, with two big panels for Picard and DSC season 3. I expect we will get much more info on Picard, and get an official airing date. I expect DSC will have a trailer. We also may get news on a Pike series, or info about section 31. Michele Yeoh has posted a few times the last few weeks talking about star trek and section 31.

Can't really say I disagree. There are, however, possibilities to allow for interpretations that don't shatter canon.

At the end of the day, that's all just rationalisation, though.

Star Trek: Picard to air January 23rd 2020!

There is a Spanish trailer currently on YouTube, but will post the trailer once we have the English version.

I'm very curious and a bit concerned.
Picard is a well developed character as it stands and I hope they don't produce something that goes against character, like action- man Jean Luc.
The films were absolute garbage so I hope they just leave that stuff in the dust. Picard in a dune buggy chase made me embarrassed for everybody involved.

It worries me that they're apparently going to the "remember this character?/remember this episode?" fan service well.

Clever writing is necessary...

Not sure about Discovery. The story premise appears interesting enough (based on what I gathered).

I expected them to give us a bit on Lower Decks - nothing new there? Hard to believe.

DSC trailer was Intresting because all the different aliens we see. Trills, Andorians, cardassians, tellerite, and one or Morns species. Any notice Burnham, apparently visiting the trill simbiant pool. Cool stuff

Re Lower Decks, I was especially confused about the non-news after seeing this:

Not at all if they are true to canon. I will wait for Dave Cullen's review before I consider paying for it though.
