Yeah I tend to play L4D vs now and still go on source, but the time I put into 1.6 is insane. Some good nastalgia right there. I remember being on 56k during the beta times, and finding some great cs servers on gamespy, and playing hours upon hours til daylight crept up.

I still regularly get hooked on GG DM in source. been playin since beta, but GG DM is what really gets me.

Used to have a server with a great following, then we lost the IP and the following.

I only have 2 servers to play on (Dogz)

After weeks of ranking and de-ranking I am back to Gold Nova 1 lol. Hoping I won't get below that again.

In my two months of playing i ranked all the way up to Mg1 and back down to Gold Nova 2, twice.

I'm pretty much the definition of Forever Silver. I have like 300 hours played (this might be a bit inaccurate since sometimes games stay active when I close them and if I don't forget to turn them off in task manager they run in the background) and 185ish wins lol. I raised my KDR by a lot since I started and I generally go neutral or positive every game but I go on horrific losing streaks sometimes.

Been thinking of grabbing GO the next time it's on a decent sale.
