What's the science behind not being able to get the wind knocked out of you?
developing some strong core muscles will help.....a lot of it has to do with controlling your breath as when you get the breath knocked out of you it is usually when you get hit while you are breathing in....if u know you're gonna take a body shot breathe out hard and tense your ab muscles.....also work on your technique to avoid getting hit there in the first place
