Maybe my all time favorite comfort food on a cold day. Tough to beat if done rightSherbros that have cold winters....this is as comfort food as you get. Dripping hot grilled cheese (add bacon) and piping hot tomato soup for dipping.

Do you make your own pulled pork? I started smoking meat on charcoal and wood a few years back and it's such an awesome meal to make.

Yes.....and in winter for a quick prep while I’m at work, I’ll use a slow cooker. Not as good as smoking but does the trick. If I have time I’ll do it all in the smoker, but if I can’t be around then I’ll smoke it for 2 hours and finish it in the pressure cooker in 40 minutes.
