First off, you put it out there that he was the MOST(which is untrue).

And finally, piss off with your "cookies" laced with laxatives. I know what your plan is. <{fry}><{fry}><{fry}>
Come up with a bigger liar and I'll send you some weed laced brownies... <{jackyeah}>

If a prosecutor asks questions not to glean information but in order to give the deposed witness the the opportunity to lie and thus create a process charge, then yes it is a wrong thing to do and it is a perjury trap.
Can we assume that's what Mueller was going to do? Weren't there a multitude of pertinent questions available to these specific charges? They used it as an excuse to not submit to questioning but make it seem it was for a reason other than they were pleading the 5th.

I haven't followed it closely enough to make a judgment either way which is why I haven't argued the specifics of the case but only the abstract principle. If I were forced to give an opinion, I'd say Flynn was done dirty but Manafort deserved what he got and probably more.

I don't think a guy that cheats on his taxes even to the tune of 10s of millions should sit in prison longer than child molesters or rapists.

Probably posted prior but here is Fox's top legal expert explaining why Barr is wrong.

Sen. Lindsey Graham doesn't care that Pres. Trump told McGahn to fire Mueller.

"I don't care what they talked about. He didn't do anything. The point is the president did not impede Mueller from doing his investigation," Graham said Sunday on CBS's "Face the Nation" when host Margaret Brennan noted that, according to Mueller's report, Trump in 2017 ordered McGahn to fire Mueller.

"I don't care what happened between him and Don McGahn," Graham continued. "Here's what I care about: Was Mueller allowed to do his job? And the answer is yes."

Statements like this is why any attempt to impeach Pres. Trump is already a failure.

Actually, Graham said that he didn't care what they talked about. Msn putting words in Graham's mouth here.

Anyway, it seems that the complaint by the Left is now is that Trump OBSTRUCTED Mueller from doing his probe / investigation. Which is not true at all and Graham (as much as I'm not a big fan of him) is correctly pointing that out.

Trump could've indeed ended the Probe at ANY TIME by firing Mueller but he didn't so he can't be accused of obstructing the investigation.

As far as McGhan goes, I don't know much about what transpired there but the fact that nothing prevented Mueller from doing his "work" is what the bottom line is, which is Graham's point.

What I think is getting lost in this tribal times of ya verse them is that people are so entrenched in their team that no one is looking at the future. People only care about winning today. Conservatives blow the Russian deal off because it helped their guy. And when the Russians want to back Bernie and release GOP information you’ll all be right with us demanding an investigation

But that is not true.

Here is Lindsey Graham explaining it in his own words

Oh wait. That was when there was a Dem POTUS and this was about the very dangerous crime of consensual blowjobs and not Russia election meddling.

My bad.

Except for I won’t believe Bernie was the greatest criminal of all time and was the Manchuria candidate all along while saying this is it for two years only to have the fbi tell me it isn’t and never was then profusely bleed out of my vagina about it for another month while looking for any stupid excuse to find something anything to get him on so I don’t have to just admit that I fell for the media’s bullshit they deployed to scare me into watching more news about bullshit then screaming into my pillow every night cursing the hunchback man for being an antisemite and a Jew sycophant at the same time and barking at people on websites for reminding he how fucking stupid the whole stupid thing was all along

I'm talking about the people that wouldn't testify and used the excuse of a perjury trap. Did they have to worry about Mueller asking them roundabout questions trying to elicit lies or were there plenty of straight to the point questions they couldn't answer honestly without incriminating themselves?

Do you believe this?
"Depending on how you count, roughly a dozen separate instances of obstruction of justice are contained in the Mueller report. The president dangled pardons in front of witnesses to encourage them to lie to the special counsel, and directly ordered people to lie to throw the special counsel off the scent."
