Gotcha. Thanks for answering.

Right, and this makes sense, but weren't most of these types of questions answered by Trump in writing? He did fail to respond on quite a few of Mueller's questions. Is it those questions you wanted Mueller to ask Trump in person?
I would have wanted him to answer everything pertaining to Russian contacts and any obstruction of the investigation.

Income inequality, too much trade war, deregulation is bad, etc.

I think Trump's been much more solid policy wise than most people expected, but it shouldn't be hard to find a regulation that was axed which was actually pretty helpful and flog him with it.
Many regulations and many people put in positions that created conflicts of interest.

We'll find out in '20 when those seats are at play. <{jackyeah}>

I’m not even saying a dem will win the White House either, But to say the dems are losing big after coming off a substantial 2018 victory is pure delusion.

It’s almost as delusional as the MAGAs thinking the man didn’t obstruct justice six ways from Sunday.

We didn't think he committed collusion, either.

<Dany07> @ Napolitano being a "Top legal expert". Reading through all his articles that he's typed up makes me feel like I'm reading a regurgitated CNN report.
So rather then dismissing anybody who does not agree with big daddy Trump why don't you tell us where you think he gets things wrong in that video? Or is asking you to actually make an argument too much for you?

1. I'm not sure what you are going on about here, but I said nothing about Mueller indicting anyone. I asked why he made no recommendation either way if he felt the case was so certain.
2. Exactly what lies by Barr are you referring to? Overall, Barr's handling of the matter seemed quite straightforward to me and it sat well with me. I don't buy into the attacks on Barr.

1. Mueller laid it out. In his view it would be inappropriate to accuse a POTUS and leave that accusation hanging when it would not go to court and t there would be no ability for the POTUS to defend himself from the accusation. Thus why he laid it out for Congress. They can do something about it and POTUS can defend himself.

Yep. That we will, Jack...err, I mean....LB.

I would be shocked if Trump isn't re-elected.

Now would I be stunned if Republican seats in the House and / or Senate were lost also? Not really. It's usually a crap-shoot when it comes to that.

Interesting tidbit I found on wiki :

Napolitano told friends in 2017 that President Donald Trump has told him he was considering Napolitano for a United States Supreme Court appointment should there be a second vacancy.[4] Ultimately, Judge Brett Kavanaugh was chosen instead.

I'd imagine Mr. Napolitano wasn't too thrilled to be passed over for Kavanaugh. #AxeToGrindAnyone?

BTW, FOX does have another "Judge". A Jeanine Pirro as well.

She's a former judge and prosecutor from what I hear.

Yet she more or less says the exact opposite of what Judge CNN says. Imagine that. <Fedor23>

EDIT : Well what do you know.... @SBJJ just torpedoed your whole argument for Judge CNN :

And nothing would stop Mueller, his team or whoever from recommending Trump be prosecuted upon departure from office.

My gut feeling is Mueller did not actually write the obstruction part of the report. I have a strong sense who did on his team

True on both counts.

Trump is en route to a bunch of legal headaches once he leaves office, whether it's next year (doubt it) or in 2024.

(but I just don't see him spending even 1 second incarcerated which is what many of the leftist dipshits here want)

Make no mistake, I love judge Napolitano. And its laughable Mike the Can is using him as a source given the judges past views on the Deep state and SPYING

But Dersh pretty much gets a first round KO on this subject

Yep.

OH and once again, for Mike's benefit, go to 2:40 of the video and listen to the glorious KO provided.

Or on any other policy. They've attacked the guy relentlessly on character for several years now. It's depressed his polls, but I don't that will matter in the election campaign when the choice becomes binary. Maybe it will, but I'm quite skeptical. The Mueller Report was their best chance to capsize him for criminality or character issues, and it was a big whiff in my view.

Better to start talking about what they would do differently imo.
Pre-election opinion polls = “here’s my chance to vent”
Voting poll: “who’s better for my bottom line and my security?”

This is why Trump remains the overwhelming favorite in 2020

I'm not so certain about overwhelming. Republicans shouldn't be feeling overconfident. But yes, I see him as the favorite and in a stronger situation than last election by a lot.

Oh, the obstruction case is extremely weak. I can see a valid point that the items laid out in the report are embarrassing and not proper things a president should say/request

The funny thing is that the report is essentially saying we think Trump might have tried to obstruct an investigation that found him innocent of what his administration was being investigated of
