The money is great. Obviously. But hitting it with this new pace figure formula/concept I expanded on a few days ago makes it that much sweeter, T. I was getting a bit worried after our first two nights using it for Remington races.

In race 3 - I'll probably just play some #1 over #2, #4 exactas, and then maybe play the #1 outright to win if at right odds

In race 8 - Probably just the best value on either the #1 or the #6 to W/P

In race 10 - Not sure yet, but I would like to get the #4 horse on the board somewhere whether it be exactas or tris

The #6 scratched so my only option in that race is the #1 to win if at the right odds.

The #1 horse is getting bet down too much in race 8, and I still have no idea what to do in race 10. Plus I'm in need of a nap. i.e. I'm done for the day after just the one race.

I guess I should have taken the 2/1 on the #1 horse in race 8 there considering how easily he crushed that field.

I don't know about being on fire, T, but it sure it nice to have a healthy account of over a grand to play around with now. And to think a couple/few weeks ago I was dangerously close to having to add more to it, which I really, really did not want to do. The damn highs and lows of this game.

In addition to that #4 horse in race 3 finishing 2nd at 14/1, it looks like the #4 horse in race 10 also ran a good race. Went off at 18/1, and finished 3rd, just missing 2nd by a neck or so, and only two lengths behind the winner. Even though I only bet the one race, I'm pretty happy that this current system I have saw the potential for both of those longshots to run well, which they did. Those are the horses I want it to find the potential in obviously.

Race 3 - The #1 to W/P at right odds

Race 6 - Probably the #2 over #1,#4 in exactas

Race 8 - Likely the #8 to W/P and then possibly a #2,#4,#8 exacta box

Race 9 - I'll just take the better value between the #1 and #9 (the #4 is tempting at 20/1, but he conflicts with too many based on his pace lines)

I'll probably play the late double on this Century Downs card too by using the #2,#4,#8 in race 8 with the #1,#9 in race 9. Might as well give that a try since I have some nice prices being in the mix.

@t6p will be all over this one, which is the last big race of the year restricted to the 3 year-old crop;

I think I'll be taking the rest of the week off after today as well. Gonna cash out my account whether I win a lot today or just a little, and then put my original $500 back in after that. Plus I'm getting a bit burnt out since races take so much longer to do now than they used to. I'll just be doing the Remington races during the week, but just for the contest (not betting).
