Gil Castillo hit a real nice one on a guy a few years back. I havn't seen the fight in so long I don't remember who he was fighting, anyway the guy shot in for a single leg and Gil just rolled right into the omaplata (sp?).

Minotauro uses the omaplata very nicely in tandem with the triangle. Dont think he's ever tapped someone out with it though.
