Rap/Hip-Hop The Official Sherdog Rap/Gangsta/Hip-Hop Thread

I only found it recently. I was very happy to stumble upon it.
That Biz Markie Chubb Rock joint is awesome, plus anything with Money Boss on gets love.

Mid 90's there were a ton of random hip hop compilations masquerading as soundtracks to movies that either sucked or no one ever saw, all had some serious gems on them. Let me know if you want a few recommendations as they are well worth digging out

I’m actually going to check out the Biz track now. I only listened to 5 tracks or so from the album.

Yeah there were definitely some gems hidden on movie soundtracks and compilation albums. Mobb Deep “Back at you” comes to mind. Sure, gimme some recommendations. Thanks.

Thank you very much. I’m terrible at getting around to things but I will save them all in a playlist. I’ve listened to songs from most from malt fo those albums but I’ve never checked them out in-depth.
