Reddit seems torn on whether or not they're one and the same. She could change her appearance to look like less of a threat while on the battlefield. Catch people off guard when she hulks out.

I think the odds of Toriyama suddenly giving us two full-blooded female Saiyans within the space of a few episodes is slim to none.

I also wonder, do the Universe 6 Saiyans not have tails? Cabba doesn't appear to have one. And neither did Renso from what I saw...

They gave vegeta his moment when he beat up Goku black. Everything right now is pointing to Gohan being the savior, or Goku's new limit break transformation that's rumored.

It'd be nice if Vegeta got a big win for once. But why would he suddenly be stronger when Goku has always been the more talented/gifted fighter?

I wouldn't say Goku is definitively the more gifted or talented fighter. He just does a better job finding new transformations to stay one step ahead.

I don't think Goku has ever been more talented/gifted than Vegeta. Goku has the good fortune of being introduced to great teachers, great training methods and good timing (like going SSJ vs Freeza). Vegeta, on the other hand, trained himself with no outside help (except recently with Whis) and is still neck-and-neck with Goku.

I don't think Goku could accomplish what Vegeta did if he had just himself to guide him down the path to power.

He is a low class sayian warrior compared to Vegeta who is an elite class

He has done more with less

He's actually done more with more. In their first fight, Vegeta was more than 2x stronger than him even after King Kai's training. Vegeta had a power level of 18k and Goku had a little over 8k (that over 9000 thing was a dub mistake). He need hax abilities like Kaioken and the Spirit Bomb along with the help of Krillin, Gohan and Yajirobe and they still only barely won.

From then on Goku, has gotten to new/better training methods due to convenience and good timing. He discovered gravity training from his time on King Kai's planet. He turned SSJ basically by luck. He was taught teleportation by aliens. He got to SSJ3 because he had the luxury of a dead body with unlimited energy. He reached SSG due to a ritual.

Vegeta has been playing catch-up and has done everything basically by himself.

Goku got more out of training then vegeta did for the entire year. Vegeta didn't even know about the FPSSJ form

Goku even had to waste him time training Gohan and was still able to completely eclipse vegeta when the training was over

Vegeta goes back into the ROSAT and gains an entire extra year over goku and still doesn't even come close to him in power level

One instance and even then Goku had more experience with SSJ than Vegeta. Vegeta turned like 2-3 years after Goku which is a pretty good head start.

But I'll still give you that. The way Goku mastered SSJ is through relaxation and prolonged exposure. Vegeta wouldn't have figured that out at the time since he was angry all the time.

Fuck, it's still that far off? One episode with Gohan and Piccolo, and at least one more to recruit Tenshinhan. I hope you're wrong, smh. It's been a decent run of episodes but I'm ready for the story to advance.
