The new king? Which win was more impressive Jon over Gane or GSP over Bisping?

Not that it's relevant to this topic, but since it's already being discussed. It's interesting how many idiots outright lie about the Bisping/Anderson fight and claim Anderson was robbed and clearly KOed him.

We literally have the fight on film. We can watch it any time we want, all of us.

The moment Bisping drops from the knee he immediately looks up at Herb Dean and starts berating him for moving to stop the action and then stopping halfway through, distracting Bisping in the process.

To hear people here tell it he was out cold on the floor and his corner had to drag him up between rounds and wake him up.

I just don't get why people are comfortable to just lie about a fight that is so readily available for anybody to view for themselves.

Bisping was a far better overall fighter than Gane and was the lineal undisputed champ unlike Gane too. This isnt debatable.
One eyed Bisping got lucky as fuck against a chinless Rockhold. Bisping was a late replacement in that title fight, because he hadn't even actually earned a title shot, because he always lost to top contenders.

After Bisping got lucky as fuck, he then went life and death against an old and busted Hendo (who was 3-6 leading up to the fight and should have never been in a title fight).

Bisping then AGAIN ignored the legit MW contenders (Whittaker and Romero) despite being called out constantly.

Bisping was easily the weakest MW champ ever.

Gane has beaten a bunch of the top contenders and went to a close decision against Francis. He's shown that he's much better in his division than Bisping ever was.

Nah, that's you projecting my position for me. I think he was knocked down and stayed down until his team put him on the stool, that's it. Which is exactly what happened. The only issue I took with your post is the ridiculous notion that Bisping was distracted so that means the knee doesn't count or something lol
It counts as far as the rules but it wouldn’t have landed if bisping didn’t turn his head which is my point

Gsp fought a more well rounded fighter and an actual champion. regardless of how people want to remember bisping, he finished the lineal champ to get that belt.

Bisping was a more difficult fight. Bisping is scrappy and hard to hold down, and knew all three facets of MMA. Gane knew striking and was facing a guy who best area was his grappling…..

There can only be one.

Time to decide Sherdog.
I’m a huge GSP fan (and a Brit) but beating gane in the way JBJ did was more impressive than beating bisping. People forget, bisping was a big underdog against the majority of his division at the time. Gane would be the favourite in all HW fights outside of blaydes imo

Yeah it's like saying if Usman didn't bite the feint he would have dodged the head kick from Edwards lol
Yeah no shit if they dodged it it wouldn't have landed, it's stupid, obvious, and superfluous to even mention it lol that's my point

You can't actually believe that version of Bisping was a more dangerous opponent than tonight's Gane

I think Bisping because he was an actual champion and had a long history that we can judge.

Jones is the baddest man on the planet tho. And it looks like Jones isnt going to be one and done.

Bisping was at least a real champ. Gane was the Union Kane of ufc hwt

Gane is the clear number 1 in the division and in his prime. It'd be like GSP beating Romero instead of a 1 eyed 38 old fluke champ

Jones got it done quicker, moving up more weight against a more dangerous opponent. And Jones is GOAT

GSP is welterweight GOAT

Conor has the best second weight title win ever though
I think Randy’s got him beat, Tito was pretty dominant at the time.
