Jones is a collossal asshole, but his legend is larger than Jordan's, of course in a much less popular and younger sport. Him holding the record for the youngest champion ever and being skilled the way he is at that age... Unheard of, pure and simple.

Jones had 2 things you cannot really teach, and even if you can, it is extremely hard. He honestly likes to hurt people and he is very coachable/smart. Those 2 traits often exist completely separate, but in Jones, they were coupled with unreal genetics. You cannot ask for more.Imagine if he tried to be serious with his training for the whole career...

I don't know, USADA has said twice in arbitration that "Mr. Jones is not a steroid cheat." Should I believe professional arbiters and the organization in charge of testing, or a karate forum?

Point is Jordan’s career transcends his sport. Jones isn’t at that tier.

Jones is on the farewell tour now, but prior to that he’s been inactive for years, missing long stretches throughout his prime. His fights during his mid 30s weren’t at the same level, Jordan was cooking at that time.

Compare him to another athlete they are not the same.
