Catholics follow the moral part of the old and the new testament. Basically you can eat shellfish, pork and mix fabrics but gays, killing people and jerking off are no no.

Old testament has 3 parts. You are only required to follow the moral part.

Gay is a sin but we are all sinners since birth, don't portray us as bigots. It's a sin to cheat on your wife, be lazy, drink and eat too much. Gay is not 1 of the 7 deadly sins, it's just part of not sinning sexualy "ne sagriješi bludno". We are all sinners and catholics aren't meatheaded bigots. But we aren't gonna pretend that marriage is possible between 2 woman or 2 man. It is OUR holly sacrament, you can't steal it from us and defile it.
You can invent your own ceremony that isn't a marriage in a church like - a legal union. The word marriage is religious. It's a religious act that is clearly defined. Thank you for listening.

It's ok dude. Go buy the bibles and you can have shellfish along with pork. You don't have to follow what Jesus ate. He didn't have amino acids and whey protein. It's cool since God spoke to Peter and you can eat formerly unclean animals.

I have to double check it. Shelfish is disgusting. Calamary are nice. Octopus tentacles are good. Shelfish is disgusting and related to insects. Shrimps are water roaches, shell fishlike clams is a under water snail. Both water food and pork are part of Croatian identity. I don't like it. Personal choices. I mean I am gonma eat raw pork again, prsuttio / pršut, it's too meaningful, I will take a slice or three. I do not eat stuff like pig flesh - pork chops or pork steaks. Just bacon, pršut and salami on pizza. Like 3-4 x a year.
