I was just thinking that if Israel wins he owes a rematch to be positive. He needs to rematch him at least one more time after tonight if Israel wins

If he wins, he is ducking alex from Miami, to Nigeria, to New Zealand all the way back to China

This. The would both need to do a few things to meet at the top and I don't see it as a likely outcome. This is it for Izzy if he loses, at least as fighting Perreira is concerned.

I feel like it favors Alex more tbh. Kind of like Pacquiao vs Marquez, eventually Marquez finished Pacquiao. Only difference is that despite being down on the scorecarda twice, Alex managed to get the finish both times.

Izzy needs to fight a perfect fight, Alex just needs to land 1 good shot and even without it he could still possibly get a decision if his tdd is on point.

The more chances he has to win. I'm definitely stating the obvious here, but have we really thought about what this means?

The more times Izzy fights Alex, the greater the likelihood that he will win at least once. (Not the likelihood of him winning the next fight per say, but the likelihood of him winning at least once in the series.)

Like I said, I know I'm stating the super obvious, but doesn't this kinda suck for Alex? I mean, you risk it enough times, eventually it doesn't go your way.

what you speak of is statistics and probability. You are right but its also true that Alex will lose 80% of the time against any decent grappler/wrestler. Atleast against Israel he has a better probability to win.
