A problem I've been having with alcohol.

Walk to the store. No matter what exercise is key. Never settle for anything that doesn't involve exercise. Little by little the exercise will benefit you then start cutting back on the booze. You dont need stupid counseling or anything just exercise and dial it back. If you are drinking a pint slowly introduce light beer and get off that crap.
Yea my back was messed the past couple weeks but it's finally getting better. Definitely Exercise is what keeps my mind right.

Everything aside there's this super hot Dasher named Merron. She is Somalian I think and like 5 foot tall. I'm going to miss her bringing me booze.

So I'm an alcoholic. sure. Anyways the problem I've been having is there used to be a liquor store every 3 blocks here.

Now they have it on doordash.. All I have to do to get booze is open my phone and it'll get here quicker than me taking a trip to the store.

This may seem convenient for some but for my reckoning starting soon it will be my ultimate temptation. The only way to avoid it I think is to put my I.D. through my paper shredder because they have to scan it.
I'm not sure if you intended to or not, but you've made a very good argument for the idea that restricting supply leads to lower consumption, and consequently, allowing booze into grocery stores and allowing booze delivery are both bad for society and should be vigorously opposed.

And I say this as someone who is, if not an alcoholic, very definitely gripped by dependency on the stuff.

Na bro then you just get Al Capone running around again. The government wants you to get all your drugs from them except for crack and fent. That threatens their business.

Alcohol prohibition was never going to work for the same reason that banning weed didn't, it's just too easy to produce/grow at home.

Making it less convenient to access would probably help. (Speaking as someone who just gets most of his booze delivered) If I had to get off my ass and go buy it myself? I'd probably consume far less of the stuff.

Sorry bro I edited my post you're replying to. Some might say I expounded it.

I have a similar story. So in Canada it was never in grocery stores or corner stores until this past few years corner stores like a year. Was only available at "The Beer Store" or "LCBO" I am only talking Beer it's just Beer/Spirits/Wine no hard alcohol like whiskey or Vodka is available just mixed drinks, anywhoo!

So I was on night shift and found out I could get it at Walmart at 7 am as soon as it opened so I was going all the time after work then I realized that it was the same at another grocery store that was even closer to my place so I am like that is way better.

Now that it is finally in corner stores it is literally right across the street a literal 2 minute walk. I have though many times about quitting but they aren't making it easy and seems not meant to be, Cheers I'll drink one for ya!

So if i am following ... you kind of want to quit... but you have not been able to smash a dark and horrifically embarassing enough rock bottom to fully commit?

Is that correct?

If so... let's identify what could be standing in your way.

Could it be ... PANTS?

Take whatever you have been doing...

but START the night- with:

no pants

a bowl of crystal meth and

a 50mg viagra.

That's a recipe to get you to where you need to be. <Y2JSmirk>

Man that's brutal. I wonder if the brown skinned devil Trudeau is still skimming tax dollars off that.

I believe fat people get worst with those constant delivery service. Refuse to just stay home it is a trap. Earn your vice and never give in. I yelled at people into a better place with the exercise carrot. You dont need all the BS counseling just start exercise. Its freezing outside the better for you.

Are you really an alcoholic or just a drunkard?

Real alcoholics need it to function.

No, every rock bottom is a new unique experience for me that I cherish.

You bet your ass he is they fucking gouge us on everything. Everything is Hella expensive here it isn't cheap being an alcoholic. It's like $45 for a case of 24 bottles of Budweiser for example  What would that run you where you're at?

On topic: I've been good all day, 4-5 hours of studying and only had some protein after working out, till after 16:00. Even though there's nearly 8 hours till new years, breaking out a nice bottle of sparkling Reisling.

Cheers cunts.
