When you're training outside in all weather, do you ever have problems with gripping the bar or with it slipping when it's a little moist outside?
Not really, I bring a towel and chalk and it doesn't really give me any problems. When you're training outside in all weather, do you ever have problems with gripping the bar or with it slipping when it's a little moist outside?
Hello Jaunty, thank you for the visit. I don't know if I am quite there yet, but I am certainly enjoying the program. As mentioned to Flash_Monsta in a previous post, my girlfriend has commented that my traps, shoulders and arms look bigger, and someone from work also mentioned the same, so I guess it is having some effect.Popped in to see your progress in acquiring monolithic status. How does it feel?

Yeah it means even more coming from my girlfriend, as she sees me everyday so any changes would normally go unnoticed, my colleagues can go weeks without seeing me due to the shift work, so changes may be a bit more apparent to them. Either way, it gives the ego a nice stroke!People noticing and volunteering things like that, without prompting, is awesome. I hope, one day, for people to think that I Even Lift based on quickly looking at me. (Although I am not sure how much effort I am willing to go to in order to achieve this goal.)
Thanks! Wasn't even planned, just decided to do it whilst visiting my girlfriend's gym.Fuck yeah, awesome work!
