No, not got round to them yet. I always get up early (and force whoever I'm with to do the same) just to beat the crowds. I'd rather pass them as I'm on the way down than try to get passed them on the way up.
Today's training: Weighted backpack walk: 15kg in the pack, 1.85 miles.
I think I've done Nevis 9 times now, keep getting roped into it with various groups of friends, colleagues, family members etc - I'm due up again in October. Thinking of a permanent move up there myself - I'm getting made redundant in July, so should get a good pay-out, plus my house here has plenty of equity in it that I should be able to get somewhere nice with not much (if any) mortgage on it.Fair one. I hate mornings but have had to get used to them to an extent due to work/baby. Tis why during paternity leave I was getting up at 0540 to stretch and run.
I've been here 8 years on and off, living with the wife 2 years in July up here and we are yet to do nevis (I did it in 2011 with a friend when we did a summer tour of all 3 with the Edinburgh fringe thrown in at the beginning).

Fort William yeah, I like it there. Kids wouldn't be a problem, they are pretty resilient, would obviously need to look into schools etc, it's more the Mrs who needs convincing.Up there to Fort Bill or up Scotland?
That's a bit shit. Are your kids at the age you can get up and go?
I like most of scotland to be honest. Obvious shit bits, but when I drove down to London last weekend (Watford so out skirts) I remembered how much I don't like people or crowds....or the fucking M25.
Only thing I'm not keen on now a days is the long ass days I end up doing at work.
Is she outdoorsie?
Around where I am the houses are 'cheap' compared to England. You're talking 500k for a 5 bedroom converted farm house with a lot of land. 35 miles from Glasgow to the North.
Thanks mate, yeah the rain was miserable!"Fuck me Tommy, what have you been eating?"
After getting absolutely pissed on in the rain twice within the span of a week, I can jive with that last squat vid. Fucking beautiful grinder of a last rep on the 165!
