I've said it a thousand times and I'll say it again, nobody has a problem with strong female characters. We just want them to be good characters. The people complaining about bad female characters also complain about bad male characters.

Also, if you're going to have a female character who is physically imposing and can hold their own against males, the actress needs to be somebody built like Gina.

There is no suspension of disbelief seeing sub-100 lb. waifs who can barely walk around in their costumes one punch KOing large men.

Since this universe is absent Mara Jade (who I think Filoni will eventually make Kylo Ren be responsible for the death of) who would you rather see Ashoka hook up with? Her former bosses son or Mando?

I thought both the gif I posted and my follow-up made that clear.

I wasn't implying it was anything at all like Endgame, it was a bunch of hardcore characters getting ready for action without having to mention girlpower.

The Endgame scene gathered all the most important female characters out of a huge battlefield and put them together for reasons.

Awesome finale to an awesome season. I rated 10/10 because it's one of the very few series that had me hooked beginning to end.

That said, Gideon was underwhelming as portrayed. Was hoping they'd reveal he's a Sith, has bionic enhancements like the dark troopers, used Grogu's blood to make himself OP or at least SOMETHING menacing. But no, turns out he's just a can as one dimensional as the generic villains in the Scooby Doo cartoons. He's probably salty about being bested by a ragtag band of meddling kids and their baby.

They almost did too good a job of wrapping things up. Other than Mando wanting to give the BBC to Bo Katan who wouldn't take it, they didn't leave any loose ends hanging and felt much more like a series rather than a season finale, not that that's a bad thing. But I'd really like to see more of the Mando/Grogu story arc.

Just when we thought this series couldn't get much better they gave us Prime, Healthy, Motivated, Full Training Camp Skywalker with That Luke in his eye. A perfectly executed season finale and a Fuck You to the Sequel Trilogy. This is what Star Wars is supposed to be Big Jon, Pascal and everyone else brought their A Game. I can't praise this highly enough. Oh, and The Book of Boba Fett? Shut up and take my money, Disney!
