did not want to spoiler.

Absolutely incredible finale, I never thought I would see that Luke again. Whoever is working on The Mandalorian knew that scene was needed as an olive branch for the fandom. I'm 6 years old again, I just can't get over how excited I am for the future of Star Wars if we keep getting content like this. I think it's very possible at this point that we could get separate timelines from the Sequels.

Yeah, they made the episode partially a donut party. WTF? Are they saying there can't be more male Mando's than females in an episode now?

And they continually keep the Fett's being "true" Mandos in the gray area. Never watched Clone Wars or Rebels so IDK. I hope this gets sorted out soon in the next season.

Since we seem to be past the spoiler tag warning period.......

Given everything that happened during the Clone Wars and the resultant take over by the Empire. One would assume Bo sees the clones (i.e., Boba Fett) as Mandalorian imposters. It's true that Jango is a Mandalorian, but being a sperm donor doesn't seem to rate with Bo. Even though the few episodes she was in and rebels kind of softened Bo's demeanor, you have to remember she was pretty hardline in Clone Wars. Also by that period of time, Mandalore proper was a homogenous society on their planet. The Clone Wars never showed the old aspects of Madalorian society where different races could follow the creed. So in that aspect F&F need to shore up their story telling to at least explain to viewers where Mandalorian's stand in regards to culture, like how they feel about Children of the watch, because there is still some confusion between following the tenets of Mandalore and being from Mandalore. I'm sure they will cover more of it next season.

And as was stated, It's not hard to think Bo probably still has a ton of resentment for Clones after they carried out Order 66, and more than likely their involvement with the Purge and Empire take over. I'm still fuzzy on when exactly they were phased out.

So which direction does everyone think they will be taking Boa Fett? The end credits will have you believe he doesn't care all that much about reestablishing Madalorian society. Also lol, at Boba for once again getting a little besmirched by Koska Reeves.

I think Boba clearly isn’t going to get involved with the Liberation of Mandalore. This episode made clear that he doesn’t give much of a shit about Mandalorian culture or its people, and mainstream Mandalorians basically see him as a jumped up clone with delusions of grandeur.

I think we can expect The Book of Boba to tell the tale of Fett’s conquest of a section of the criminal underworld.

How the Book of Boba didn't get name dropped at Disney Investor day is beyond me. There were already rumors, it's not like it would have been a major spoiler.

Was that the Black Sun in the post credit scene ? So is Bobba taking over Black Sun ? That woukd be badass

That said i fucking lost ti when i saw that green lightsaber. Wasn't sure it was gonna be "that dude" at first as it could have been Ashoka , Ezra or even Cal Kestis but when that lighsaber ignited i knew it was the big one. That was great stuff

Here’s how they can retcon the sequel trilogy and make the trilogy we all wanted to see in the first place...

Younger Luke wakes up from a deep meditation and it turns out episodes 7-9 were a dark future that can be avoided by not killing young Ben Solo.

A new trilogy begins the right way with younger versions of all of the original trilogy cast. Recast them if you need to but let Favreau and Filoni make it.

It should be forbidden by law for anyone to touch anything Star Wars except for Favreau and Filoni. I would add Drew Karpyshyn to the team too. He is the guy who wrote KOTOR , Mass Effect , Jade Empire and Baldur's Gate 2. All great games with great stories. He also wrote a Darth Bane book which is great too. He would be a fantastic addition to Favreau and Filoni. Would be like a Star Wars dream team
