Who are all the known Moffs?

I don’t remember any from the legends lore or comics. I know Moff Gideon, Tarkin, Herzog, that’s it
Grand Moffs:

I can’t remember if the Blacksmith did in her fight in season 1, she was using a hammer and previous to this that was my favorite fight.
It was Season 1 because by the end of the season, the Mandos had abandoned the hideout.

Yeah, I just couldn’t remember she was shattering armor like Boba was.
The plastic gets brittle with age.

I rewatched last night and the Stormtrooper with the pauldron's acting was so over the top lame with the big arm gesture pointing and commanding the underlings to get to the top.

When Mando regained consciousness and joined the fight with Ming Na Wen, what did he mean he owes her for last time so she can go run away if she wants?

This series makes me want a Mandalorian video game so bad. Wouldn't necessarily be the same Mandalorian but much of what he does with the planet hopping, bounty hunting, treasure hunting, gadget and armour upgrading plays a lot like a video game anyway.

there was a boba fett game that got cancelled

Fallen Order is similiar to what your saying, except its a Jedi not a bounty hunter of course

Meaning he left her for dead, I think.

Mando leaving his jet pack was the dumbest part of this episode. Very poor writing right there.
Yeah, he needed to be separated from it, distracted from his ship blowing up and not make it to the dark troopers, or it should've been damaged somehow. That's a GLARING plot hole, it's the only thing that hurts the episode for me. It makes no sense for him not to IMMEDIATELY put it back on when things heat up

She and Mando weren't allies then, and the junior rookie bounty hunter was the one who doublecrossed her and shot her... I think.

Grand Moffs:

Damn. That's a ton.

I assume it would be incredibly easy. Hes around and presumably trying to find force sensitives for training.
To your point, Luke was wandering around wherever the force might take him & so it would be incredibly easy to write him in.

It could've been any number of things he was doing at this time, but Canon says that Luke started training Ben solo 15 ABY... & that Luke began looking for training partners for Ben after that time & that's how the school began. This doesn't mean that he wasn't simultaneously catching information about other force sensitives & looking into that along the way... but it is very clear that wasn't his main focus in 9 ABY.

What we know of his missionz:
  • collecting the Jedi texts & learning from them.
  • Searching for Jedi/Sith relics. (Sith too & even went to Moraband (Korriband).
  • He spent many years trying to find the wayfinder in an attempt to find Exegul.
  • Then he spent many years searching for the first Jedi Temple.
After all that he put his focus into training Ben & finding him training partners

She and Mando weren't allies then, and the junior rookie bounty hunter was the one who doublecrossed her and shot her... I think.
I think you’re right. Could be though that he didn’t bring her in either warm or cold. Just left her there. In his mind, that could be unprofessional or disrespectful. I don’t know man, bounty hunters got a weird code of ethics.

Fuck yeah. The entire structure of the show is a video game story. And I wouldn't be surprised if it was originally a story for a video game like Fallen Order before it got rewritten as a series for Disney Plus.

I will fight giancarlo if he hurts one god damn hair on baby yoda

Grogu can die off for all I care. For me, Green Gizmo is just a McGuffin to move the plot along. The real story is The Mandos rebuilding their army/culture.
