Upon rewatching, I don't think she specifically said any Mandos died. She doesn't seem like the type to speak clearly. In addition, Mandos are famous for their armor, so if any were killed in the battlefield, someone would have taken the armor and from the finale, there were jawas on that planet. This has me thinking the armor pile was the result of abandoned armor.

It seems there was nothing said to imply they changed into street clothes to blend in, so I must have thought that myself.

Two Scout Stormtroopers punching Baby Yoda three times was disturbing.

Dunno why armorer made a mudhorn signet after Mando declined it earlier citing it wasn't a clean kill since Baby Yoda helped via the Force.

It wasn’t clean because an enemy helped him. He did right by Yoda and they are no longer enemies. They’re a tribe of two. Their first kill together now works well as a signet.

It's just a thing that people in TV and movies do. That and head villains leaving before the trapped hero is dead, only to have him escape.

You can protest, but, they're still gonna keep doing it.

They wanted Baby Yoda alive hence not messing around with explosives, and they don’t need to take an unnecessary risk on going to check on the Moff. Getting Baby Yoda out alive was objective 1; why check on a crashed ship when you can just gtfo.

Good point about Yodles but the problem is they started off firing a bunch of shots in there the previous episode, then setup a canon, then nearly bbq'd him with the indiscriminate flame unit. Not checking on the Moff is taking an unnecessary risk

Personally I would GTFO. If he’s alive, I have to kill him in cold blood; adding killing a Moff to my list of reasons for the former empire to try to find me isn’t high on my priority list. And if he survived, hopefully, he and his mission are discredited. If he’s dead, well, it was in his own crashed ship. Hardly any evidence Mando was there at all

I like plenty of popcorn entertainment but narratively things need to make sense. I still said I enjoyed it regardless and this is a thread to comment on the show so...

Having the baby makes him more of a target than killing the Moff and the Moff being alive means he'll continue coming after him with the Imperial remnant. The Moff being dead means less evidence that Mando was there. It's a dangerous loose end

Jango was taking his helmet off all over the place, though it's possible Jango was a Mando at one point. Boba was his clone and didn't seem to have connection with the Mandos other than the armor. But they can always change that.

Django Fett, I forgot about him. I hate the prequels so that is probably why. Seems Bubba and him didn’t follow much of a code. Although there have to be some Mandolorians who are just assholes as well
