I enjoyed it. Still feels like I'm watching a live action cartoon but I can roll with it. Watching through that lens smooths the rough edges.

I'd give the series roughly a 7/10 so far.

When the Tie was going down I was thinking Mando, er, uh, D-whatever his name is should've flown over and immediately finished off the Moff. That's a detail people that experienced in combat wouldn't overlook.

Secondly, a minor point--I think the Moff or a random trooper should've taken out the power supply with an explosive. A single pistol shot seems too easy. If the weapon can be taken out that easy it's a liability as much as an asset.

I think they meant to cover it with sand

The characters have to make some bad choices so that the bad guys can come back for Season 2. Interesting characters aren't a dime a dozen.

Rogue One is good popcorn
<{imoyeah}>

It's flawed but does a good job of making the universe feel "lived in" and shows a little of the dirty side of the Rebellion. It pulls off "gritty" well. The third act is obviously fantastic. The & ground battles were up there with the ones in the OT.

I felt more during K2SO's death than Solo or Luke dying in the sequels. There's something wrong with that, lol.

Rogue One is also very rewatchable

I look at RO like an expansion pack (DLC for any youngsters) for Star Wars as I look at The Mandolorian as a live action cartoon

When Mando saw the pile of discarded Mando armor, he should have asked if he could have some to add to his own. Maybe a shoulder pauldron for Baby Yoda.

Mando zoomed away with Baby Yoda and didn't keep the baby backpack or go back for the remote control metal egg.

I’m not in agreement here. I like this show, but the dialogue/ pacing is too tv-ish. They need to up their modern TV game big time. LOVED that they introduced the Darksaber.

I think the Rogue One team combined with the Clone Wars team needs to take over. R1 is easily the 3rd best movie of the franchise (might be the bests if you take out all the nostalgia).
I was wondering what that (darksaber) was, overall I really enjoyed this series. I am also one of your legion, liked Rogue one a lot and didn’t care for much else of the newer movies. Herzog was fantastic and I was seriously hoping he wasn’t dead, he needs to be in the MCU maybe a Dr Strange or Doom movie.

I think two of my favorite lines were Herzog “I would like to see the baby” (so fucking creepy) and Weathers “he’s trying to eat me”

I thought I was the only one who loved Rogue One.

It's the only modern Star Wars film I loved from start to finish.

They nailed the final battle. Best battle in the movies. And the soundtrack at at the end, excellent.

I'm curious if the particular Mando who saved little kid Mando is still alive and what's his story.

I have a feeling Mando will eventually possess and wield the black lightsaber.

They definitely did a little clan previewing with all the guys who saved Mando wearing similar armor and the lady Mando saying that Mando And Baby Yoda are now a clan of two. So I think they'll dive deeper into that next season.

they outed themselves to save him, and he just found out they were all killed because of it.

not really the time for "ooh, can I have this?"

If Mando hasn't heard the name Din Djarin since he was a child, what did the other Mandos call him? Not Mando. Hey you?

I gotta rewatch this soon. I got the impression they changed into street clothes and blended in with society and escaped. If they were inspected at a checkpoint with Mando armor, might be trouble.

he asked the armorer if any survived and she replied some may have made it to the outer rim.

This show is excellent! It is exactly the flavor Lucas originally created in the new hope. It builds out a world not involving a skywalker or a chewbacca or a fucking 3p0.

it doesnt have a mary sue. isn't patronizing towards white men. it's not trying to check box as many minority representation as it can...

my guess is that fucking kennedy cunt has NOTHING to do with this. Cunt has no creative control. Faverau came in and tossed his Iron Man cock on the table and exercised his superior white male privilege by telling the bitch to get back in the kitchen.

LOVE IT.
This post needs more love lmao

I jus finished ep 6, love the show and I’m not even a SW fan

Edit: I guess the cunt did have something to do with it lol
