I'm going to start posting my training log on here instead of on my computer so I'll start with my stats.

Height: 6'4
Weight: 250
Martial Arts Experience:
BJJ 1 Year
muay Thai 1 Year
Shotokan Karate/Kempo/Goju Rye: 5 Years combined time

Goals:
Win my next tournament which occurs in 60 days.
Win my next MMA fight which occurs in 90 days.
Consistently tap ALL Blue Belts in my BJJ class.
Cut Weight to 200 pounds.

Plan:
Practice BJJ 10 hours a week
Only eat ONE MEAL A DAY
Lift Weights 3 Days a week
 
I'm going to go ahead and enter my current 3 day log starting with last nights work out: Tuesday, July 11

Push Ups: 25
Squats: 200
Calf Raises: 300
Curls (80 pounds): 25
Right Leg Thai Kicks on Heavy Bag: 50 Per Leg
5 Minutes on the Heavy Bag
100 Jumping Jacks
30 Hour of Rolling with Friends
 
Monday, July 10th

Right Leg Thai Kicks on Heavy Bag: 50 Per Leg
10 Minutes on the Heavy Bag
100 Jumping Jacks
3 Hour BJJ Class (tapped Blue Belts 5 out of 7 times)
 
Saturday, July 8th

I called it a day after that because I had plans with my wife.

definitely, you need fuel for all that training--let alone normal functioning, and you may gain weight as your body will be forced to conserve what little you give it.
 
HE is probably trying out the warrior diet. SEveral people have approved of it actually.
 
Eating only once a day is bullshit. Im forced to do this for some time: it doesnt make you lean because your body adapts to the starving by adding some fat.
