Utah still has dry counties. I can’t believe they have any form of legalized devils lettuce
Which is lulzy given Utah likes to boast about being the deciding vote to end prohibition.... and like their issue with natives they completely ignore they only voted for it because Evanston, Wyoming was getting a ton of tax dollars from miners and other industry guys going to Evanston to get shit faced and visit the whorehouses.

LOL yup.

It's a goddamn joke and the liquor and weed laws out here are the one thing about Utah that drives me up a wall.

I mean, Virginia just very recently decriminalized. Not even legal for medical purposes yet, so I guess Utah is sort of a step ahead.

That's just a retarded implementation.

"It's all babies" sounds like something Chevy Chase would have said on Community when Streets Ahead didn't land

You'd think they would look at the tax money they could get from it and get with the times.

Virginia has a few "beer only" counties.

New Jersey has THIRTY towns that forbid the retail sell of alcohol, but people can possess alcohol and breweries/wineries can still operate since the licenses come from the State.

I really don't get why it's so backwardly illegal. My weed tax in CA is mental, they'd make a fucking fortune.

Puritanical communities actually have principles.

Retarded ones, but principles nonetheless.

Mormons. It's why beer being sold at grocery stores can only be 5% ABV and anything over you have to buy at a liquor store.

Which is really funny how much they try to use Park City as a huge tourist attraction... completely ignoring the fact that Park City WAS a mining city and Utah's version of this town:

And had an illegal distillery located there all through the dry years and prohibition that is now one of the more sought after whiskey's based on how hard it is to get outside of Utah:

I went through a town near Zion that was a total polygamy town and it was CREEPY.

"I ride fast, but my face is rather unbalanced and bad looking in most pics. Although girls tell me I'm attractive and I have 5 children. You have never in your life met somebody who has had so many different girls look at a bad picture and say "you don't look like that." I would say they were trying to be nice, but they usually proved they were sincere by having sex with me. I have a nice looking profile, but because of an accident when I was around 10 the left side of my face did not grow enough through puberty. I have nice features, just not enough balance. I ride bikes fast."

Hahahahahahahahaha

@CubicleGangster he literally describes himself as "slack jawed"

https://forums.sherdog.com/posts/134513935/

I'm slack jawed on one side. Would be a 9/10, instead a 6.5/10. Nobody else in my family has it, including my kids. My dad is a big headed German with a strong jaw, and my mom is average. I honestly think I stunted my growth smoking heavily by age 13, and drinking heavily by 15. I think half my jaw missed a step in puberty. Noticeable in some pics.

My 6th (or 7th) kid is on the way, and 5 girls (2 hot ones) have got pregnant wanting my baby. *shrugs*

Not a weed tax, but my city is allowing a casino to be built and local taxes for that are providing free local college for highschoolers in the public district here that have a 3.0 GPA or better. Goal seems to be get a highschooler to stay in town for college and then they'll stick around more as a young professional and that's a big net benefit for the community as opposed to anyone smart enough to getting out and leaving junkies and gang bangers behind.

Public funding for programs that doesn't raise my taxes at all is wining. I'm pretty indifferent on the legalization of marijuana, but highly pro legal weed when its heavily taxed.

Utah looking at a proposed change to the medical marijuana laws as they sit to allow ANY doctor to be able to recommend or prescribe it for up to 15 patients. Right now you have to hold like a special license as a doctor to recommend/prescribe it and as such if a doctor recommends it but doesn't hold that license, the patient needs to see a different physician that can prescribe it and usually those aren't covered by insurance.

Should be just straight up legal but it's a step.

Its all babies imo
