Within the gospels its quite funny how several descriptions of the same events are almost disjoint in detail.

i didn`t know th bible had so many funny quotes......but you can read the book and make your own interpretation of the stuff you read there.

Thats true everything is written and said in a context, and the apparent context of the bible is set 2000 years ago, hence why I laugh at anyone who takes it to literally with a modern interpretation

Lev ch 18 ver 21 (or ch 21 ver 18) I can't remember.
Says something like "If your son has been rebelious and disobediant, take him to the elders to be stoned to death."
