We have only dated what we can see that lays on top of the desert.

Now image if this turns out to be true, how old is the layer 600 meters below… supposedly it took hundreds of years to build just the top that is sticking out of the sand. But how long did it take to build the 600 meters below.

There is no evidence of ancient undiscovered civilizations either. Agriculture originated in the Fertile Crescent about 12,500 years ago, spread out from there, and at the earliest the first civilizations began to spring up about 6,000 years later.

It's bullshit. Why can't people just be satisfied with what they know exists? It's not like the pyramids lack mystery.

But how accurate is lidar? This would be astonishing but if it's a mistake it's going to make people look stupid

I'm not hating there just seems to be a lot argument on X about it. If it were true that would be awesome, I've just learned to kind of temper my expectations over the years

You can't really date the pyramids themselves, very accurate and estimates of the pyramids based on weather erosion makes them much older.

They're basing the calculation more on some of what they find inside and some artifacts predate the other contents by large margins.....

Your making the assumption that the same people inside are the same group of people that built them.......

We beamed from Mars to Earth.. Then beamed away to Orion and they might not even be on Orion anymore.
