I'll go first:
Trump thinks that the stock market is a measure of the economy. The truth is that the well being of Wall Street is not the same as it is for main Street. Trump's vision is distorted towards rich people. In the past this was known as the trickle down effect. And, he is using his advantage as President to make a lot of money, with crypto specifically. He has insider knowledge and he and his family use this to serve themselves.

The Democrats, for the most part, are corporate shills who pander to those with next to nothing and ultimately end up giving them next to nothing. There are exceptions, good ones, just like in the Republican Party, but for the most part Congress is infested with people who have no business governing anyone, let alone everyone.

I think the whole thing is fucked until the campaign finance system is overhauled. Bernie would have been a MUCH better experiment for America than Trump. The Dem establishment, at least their backers, clearly prefer Trump in that face off.

The democrats are right in insisting that the Obama care subsidies continue until Congress can fix a broken system. 6 months should be enough time. It should be a requirement in the current CR and also for the next CR that begins on November 21.
