Lots of villains to handle if they all break out at one time it's time for Justice League team huddle. :icon_lol:

This current Flash is nowhere near Justice League ready. Hopefully he starts training more and boosts up because right now he's pretty weak lol.

Is this worth watching? Be honest people.

As of right this moment? Eh, probably not worth going out of your way to watch it if you weren't already interested. But it's only three episodes in on a network TV series so it's got a lot of potential to balance things better. Right now it's a bit too heavy on the cheese (and not the funny cheese, the cringy cheese) and some of the effects sequences are too ambitious for the budget and come off really low-rent.

The show is still pretty meh so far. Not sure there's a character I like yet. Maybe the faker in the wheel chair. They're going to have to do something or else Flash is going to be doing many fights where he conveniently fights like he doesn't have super speed.

Villain Gorilla Grodd Confirmed to Appear in THE FLASH

Gorilla-Grodd-The-Flash-102314-Dragonlord.jpg

During his sweeping new interview with Buzzfeed, DC Entertainment's Chief Creative Officer Geoff Johns said a lot of pretty interesting things -- but a fairly small one stuck out as being worth calling attention to. Expressing his excitement about The Flash on The CW, Johns said, "We want to inspire people with this stuff. And we want to get it out there. Like, I can’t believe Gorilla Grodd’s gonna be in a Flash TV show. That’s insane. Like, I say it out loud and I still think it’s insane. But that’s what we want to do; we want to break new ground."

While the existence of Grodd in-universe was established with the pilot and various people connected to the show have answered questions about that moment with things like "We don't tease for nothing," Johns's comment is -- unless we're mistaken -- the first official, direct comment that says without qualification, "Gorilla Grodd is going to be on television." It will be the character's first live-action appearance, although he's appeared in numerous animated projects, both on TV and in direct-to-video feature films.

Malese Jow to Play Love Interest Linda Park in THE FLASH

Malese-Jow-The-Flash-Dragonlord.jpg

The CW's The Flash is not waiting long to bring in a new love interest for the fastest man alive. The Vampire Diaries and Star-Crossed alum Malese Jow has been tapped to recur and play pivotal DC Comics character Linda Park, THR has learned. In DC's The Flash comics, Linda Park first appears in Issue No. 28 as Wally West's girlfriend and eventual wife. (Wally is the first Kid Flash and third Flash overall.)

The character is described as a quick-witted reporter for the Central City Picture News. She befriends Iris (Candice Patton) while at work and helps her navigate the fast-paced world of journalism. When she meets Barry Allen (Grant Gustin) at a local bar, the two hit it off. The character will first appear in episode 112.

For Jow, the role brings her back into The CW fold after her regular role on last season's short-lived Star-Crossed and her fan favorite portrayal of Anna on The Vampire Diaries. Her credits include Unfabulous, The Troop and Big Time Rush.

Comments: It's kinda odd since I've always associated Linda Park as Wally West's girlfriend.

First things first: OMG THAT DRESS!!!
*ahem*
So, with that out of the way, I thought this episode was a definite improvement over last week. A bit heavier on the relationship stuff than I'd care for, but the rest of it was interesting, the comedy was on point, and they're starting to build a rogues gallery. Captain Cold seemed to get off to a good start and I definitely want to see how he comes back with Heat Wave. I think my only major complaint with the episode was that the CGI Barry during the heist looked really cheap; it's obvious they put the budget into the train scene instead.

Mother of God Felicity in that black dress!

Pretty fun episode. I wonder where the show is finding the budget for these action scenes.

I liked Captain Cold, especially in his comic book look, but Wentworth Miller seemed disinterested in the role judging by his voice.

Oh yeah and it was great ending the episode without Harrison doing mysterious stuff. I was expecting him to supply Cold with an improved gun so Barry can improve or something.

Yeah Felicity looked incredible, that woman looks good in a dress

I thought Miller did a good job, focused man on a mission type

it will be interesting to see what Gorilla Grodd will look like. Out of
curiosity who's the Flash's main enemy?

I hope Grodd's VFX quality is the same as the ones used in Dawn of the Apes.

Flash's arch-enemy is probably Reverse Flash/Professor Zoom. Captain Cold and Captain Boomerang are a close second.

The scene with Barry racing against the cold blast to save the security guy looked cool as f**k.....

I just lover that one particular shot....looked awesome.

this is one of the best things about the Flash, he has an incredible rogue's gallery, p4p probably top 5 but it comes down to Reverse Flash, Grodd, and Captain Cold, at least those are his most iconic

I hope they can get Powers Booth to voice him I thought did a great
job in JLU show.

I've always heard he had one of the best Rouge's gallery. There's
three others I'am curious about one I think one is made out metal
that goes by the name of Glider I believe, one called the Turtle
and another one that carried knives though I`am not sure since
saw the character only once.

O__O @ that dress!

Indeed, Ms. Felicity Smoak can wear a dress like few others.

So the Flash doesn't have a single female bad guy? Odd.

Much better episode tonight Felicity's dress nice!!! Captain Cold was a much
better villian then the last three can't wait to see him and Heat Wave go up against
The Flash. Doc. Wells was prick tonight, also loved how they had him take down Capt.
Cold and his crew the first time.

That episode was kind of lame. Too much shitty melodrama, and more of Flash acting liking a slow retard whenever he's facing the villain of the week. Too much convenience when it comes to Captain Cold. Flash continually let him get away, police didn't bother shooting him, security guard ran away instead of trying to stop him, etc... I wanted to like the episode, but it was lame outside of Felicity.
