Yeah the ending of episode 2 was pretty good - I expected a sinister side to Tom Cavanagh's character, but not to come out so soon. Hopefully they keep him around the show for a while; I've been a fan of his ever since Ed.

He looks like the dude that plays the tech goof in the show.

I'd far rather Grant Gustin (the Flash on TV) play him on the big screen that that dude. Or basically anyone else. I'd be surprised if the movie Flash isn't re-cast in the near future.

I still don't understand why the Flash doesn't have the inertia portion of his powers and hurts himself when he stops. Also, I really hope they touch upon the Speed Force concept, bro.

it makes no sense having Flash on TV and then having a completely separate film in production at the same time. Yeah, if the series tanks it won't be a problem, but the show certainly looks like it'll do well. Granted we're only two episodes in, but if the show keeps the quality level of pilot and season opener proper, I can't see that changing.

I can't see Fox or Sony producing an X-Men or Spidey series with a different cast to the films, so quite why Warners are intent on doing it is beyond me. They were looking to do a similar thing with the aborted Justice League film, having a different Bats to the Nolan films.

I like Episode 2 and the fight scene with a swarm of Multiplex was very cool but what happens to Multiplex's clone bodies, there must have been hundreds of them at the end of the episode. I'm assuming he can just absorb them back to himself but that's going to be tricky since he can just overpower the security once he's awake.

Marvel kinda explained Madrox aka The Multiple Man's powers but still not totally buying the science of it. I can easily accept Multiplex's power to duplicate his body but not the clothes and guns that come with it. Maybe he should just hold $100 bill and multiply himself into a billionaire.

Also can't believe they killed Simon Stagg (William Salder) so early. Stagg is an important DC character, there's so many stories they can pull out of him, not to mention the origins of Metamorpho.

Agents of SHIELD killed off Hand, and she's not exactly an unknown.

Dayum. Felicity's not exactly plump, but Snow looks like a fucking twig next to her. Eat some fucking dinner.

Flash is just a character that doesn't translate well to TV. He's too powerful and fast to really be able to catch his abilities. Arrow on the other hand, thats my new show, really enjoying it.

Also the cop guy from Law and Order's hairline is very distracting.

Felicity in The Flash!?

I felt it was inevitable, but I had no idea they'd bring her in this soon.

I sense incoming CW love triangle drama between her and Dr. Snow.

The CW is two-for-two so far with its rookie class. The network's breakout freshman hit The Flash and critically lauded Jane the Virgin have sprinted to early full-season pickups just two episodes into their runs, it was announced Tuesday. The Arrow spinoff has been picked up for an additional 10 episodes, bringing its first season count to 23 episodes, while Jane the Virgin has been picked up for a back-nine, bringing it to 22.

"We have had a fantastic start to our season this year, with The Flash launching as our most-watched series premiere ever, and Jane the Virgin recognized as the best new show this season by critics across the country," said The CW president Mark :eek::eek::eek:witz. "Over the past three seasons, we have made it our mission to grow and to broaden out our audience, and to keep raising the bar with the quality and impact of our new shows, and The Flash and Jane have both exceeded our expectations on all counts. I'm thrilled to announce full season orders for both of these terrific new series."

Heavily marketed and highly publicized, The Flash

I wasn't really feeling it with that episode. A lot of it was really predictable and it just seemed low-rent.

Lots of villains to handle if they all break out at one time it's time for Justice League team huddle. :icon_lol:
