i think snow is heat vampire, her powers exist w/out heat; but he has a urge desire to feel sensation an she can only do that when absorbing heat. Firestorm is her soul mate because he is essentially an endless supply of high energy heat...humans usually die when she contacts them..same as they die when blackout gets too close.

cisco's power actually can disrupt the flashes powers because he an disrupt the flashes connection w/the speed forc...not just that but his seismic/vibration powers make it hard for flash to run effectively or get to him or use things like vibration or intangibility...

That Firestorm dynamic is kind of interesting that they both need to be combined for their powers to work.
