I was a loud The Flash naysater initially, but I have to say that this show is starting to hit it's stride.

It's also not as cheesy as it used to be, IMO. Whoo the dialogue in those first episodes was cringe-worthy.

She looks good, but her character kind of sucks.

Any and all shortcomings about the characters and actors I blame on the writing, which has mainly been abysmal.

If it was just one or two characters, I'd blame the actors, but like every other character spits lines that gets a cringe out of me.

That's what you get when you make the love interest or family members (and not included in the team) part of the main cast. Writers have to come up with tedious ways to give them screen time every single episode just because they are part of the regular cast. That is one of the reasons why Arrow had a lot of groan-worthy moments during the first two seasons.

Iris has great storylines, she even gets some of the speed force powers in the future. She is also a focal point when time traveling is a common thing in the story, as she becomes collateral asset to the reverse flashes to get at Barry and make his life a living hell.

I expect in the later seasons Caitlin Snow goes full evil when she turns into Killer Frost, with the Rogues looming about, and Reverse Flash running around bullying The Flash. That will be a handful for Barry alright lol.

No No my friend Dr Snow is a VILLAIN. She is a common enemy to the flash and firestorm. You see she feeds off Heat, so firestorms is her soul mate as she desires his fire power to give her energy to produce her cold powers. Essentially she becomes an Evaporator lol. I suspect when she gets her powers she will go insane and become evil like the reverse flashes do when they get their powers from the reverse speed force.

Who does Cisco become?

He becomes Vibe, his powers is molecular vibration, seismic powers and an agile fighter, in the comics he is an excellent break dancer. In the show they displayed his ability to fight when he had a brief conflict with the Piper when he escaped. How they get him and Snow to get their powers in the show is going to be interesting. In the comics he is also a super hero and not a villain like Snow, he is also a metahuman, so will see how they creatively display their foreshadowed selves in the future of the show.

Hahaha that won't happen in a long time, part of the success of Firestorm is the funny banter and interactions between the personalities clash of Dr Stein and Ronnie.

Yes and she is also a villain, pretty much all incarnations is a villain. The show should make her as such, would be waaaaayyyy more interesting.

Also, being a show on the CW, they will always have to have a will-they-won't-they for 1-2 seasons before they do.

I think she's a bit on the skinny side for that outfit.
